As the ACFE continues to grow, so does the need for new local chapters around the world. Forming a new chapter is challenging work and requires patience and persistence. Growing a new chapter requires a vision and dedication. I’m sure many of you remember the difficulties a chapter faces in its first few years.

Since August 2019, six new ACFE chapters have been approved. I would like to encourage current chapter leaders to reach out to our newest chapters to welcome them:

If you do not have a chance to reach out to any particular chapter, participating in the Chapter Leaders group in the ACFE Community is another great way to collaborate.

Founded in December 1989, the ACFE South Florida Chapter in Miami, FL was one of our first chapters. While leadership has changed throughout the years, finding dedicated board members has never been difficult. Their board consists of thirteen members who stay busy organizing conferences, networking events, organizing membership drives, and offering various scholarships.

Chapter Profile - Serbia Chapter #226

The ACFE Serbia Chapter was formed less than a year ago, and within just a couple of months, they held their first event and have stayed busy ever since. In the short time they have been active, the chapter hosted five training events with high-profile speakers, held live interviews with two whistleblowers at their conference during Fraud Week, and has increased its visibility throughout the country and neighboring countries.
