Virtual Chapter Leaders Meeting

Every year during the ACFE Global Fraud Conference we hold a live Chapter Leaders Meeting for leaders who are attending the conference. This year, since the Global Fraud Conference was held virtually, we decided to hold our leaders meeting virtually as well. Unlike in past years, however, we invited all chapter leaders to attend, regardless of whether or not they were registered for the conference. By opening this meeting to all leaders, nearly 300 were able to attend and participate.

Chapter of the Year Award-Winning Submissions

Each year, the ACFE receives nearly two dozen submissions for the Chapter of the Year award. Each chapter that submits a nomination makes a good case of why they should be considered for the annual award. The chapters share their accomplishments over the past year, strategies that have helped build their membership, interesting events they held, and more.

The Philadelphia Area Chapter was formed 29 years ago and they have a long history of finding dedicated volunteers to not only serve the local members, but also promote the ACFE’s local events. The chapter board includes the four officers, training director and five directors that serve approximately 250 chapter members.

I am sure you know by now, due to COVID-19, the 31st Annual ACFE Global Fraud Conference will be moved to an online virtual platform. Over the years, chapter leaders have been able to take advantage of group discounts or international discounts. I’d like to remind you that we are still offering discounts to our chapter leaders. Chapter groups of three or more can take advantage of the discount.
